Hi my name is Braidie and I am a cosmetologist who specializes in hair, makeup, and eyelash extensions. I had the pleasure of doing a one on one hair apprenticeship rather then traditional hair school and was able to learn old fashion barbering along with cosmetology. I have been in the beauty industry for about 4 years now and absolutely love it. My favorite part about the beauty industry is getting to meet new people and helping them feel confident and beautiful when they leave my chair! I am currently accepting new clients for hair, makeup, and lashes and would love to meet you.
I am excited to be serving on the A La Mode Studios team! I have been working in the hair industry for over 12 years now and have clients that travel from all over North America to see me. I pride myself on being a friendly, enthusiastic and creative hair stylist who emphasizes on providing each client with exceptional service. I trained in the highest classes at Francois D. Design Hair Academy, and have also been trained by Regis, Tigi, Matrix, Loreal, RedKen, Paul Mitchell, Sebastian, and Scruples. I specialize in Haircuts, Color, Highlights, Styles and Perms. I love working with all sorts of hair textures, and have mastered the art of what it is to be a stylist who listens and understands. I am always looking for new ways to develop my talent and skill. I enjoys serving and meeting new people and teaching clients about how to take care of their hair!
I have been in the beauty industry since 2009. I started studying cosmetology at Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design during my senior year of high school. I enjoy continuing my education to stay up to date on the latest techniques. I have taken classes from Phillip Wilson, Nicholas French, Brazilian Blowout, Scruples, and Aloxxi. I specialize in color, cuts, hair extensions, men’s style, and Brazilian Blowouts. I love my job!
I started cosmetology schooling in high school and finished at SLCC February 2006. I opened my own studio, La Rousse Salon, in 2010. In 2012, I joined the a la mode studios team.I have taken several different classes working with ethnic hair and feel confident working with all different textures of hair. I've traveled with Bling Strands to California, Chicago, and Iowa working in their booth and educating others about the products they offer. I love to continue my education and stay up to date with the newest trends. I've taken classes with Sexy Hair, Rock Star Hair Extensions, Foxy Hair Extensions, Aqua Hair Extensions, American Crew, Affinage, Simply Smooth, and AlterEgo. I specialize in men and women’s cuts, men’s and women’s color, and hair extensions. I currently offer Halo Couture Hair Extensions and use and sell their products along with AlterEgo and Healium.
I have always had a passion for the arts and everything esthetically beautiful. This creativity and passion is the driving force that inspired me into the cosmetology field. I have been developing and perfecting my skills for the last 12 years. I graduated with honors from Salt Lake Community College with an associate in Cosmetology in 2003 and later received a general education associates as well. I love the constant change in styles and the need for learning new skills and strive to attend several education events a year to stay up to date with the new trends and styles. I traveled and attended nationwide and worldwide education events in Chicago, New York, Orlando and Las Vegas as well as many local education events. I specialize in wedding hair and make-up, men’s and women’s cuts, perms, hair extensions, waxing services and colors. I will help you with all your color needs from the most vibrant reds, punky pinks, bombshell blondes and rich chestnut brunettes, whatever your desire I will find the right combination for you! I did my training at Cameo College of Essential Beauty where I was trained on the elite Sassoon haircutting system. I specialize in haircuts, color, perms, styles, facial waxing and much more! I have a passion for learning, and I take education classes to learn all the new trends and continue perfecting my techniques. I pride myself on being friendly, professional and providing clients with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

I did my training at Taylor Andrew's Academy of Hair Design where I have since gained 9 years of experience in the cosmetology and barber industry. I specialize in cutting in both men's and women's cuts. I love to do color as well- especially blondes! I have also earned a certification in hair extensions. I offer a wide range of services from perms, Brazilian Blowouts, Waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, color, Extensions, and both men's and women's cutting. I pride myself in giving a great consultation in my services and setting realistic expectations for my clients hair goals, while still maintaining the integrity of my clients hair. If you don't look good, I don't look good!
